Designing and developing industry-leading packaging solutions for a blue-chip, customer base who are dominant in the spirit beverage sector. Our Client is committed to innovation and continued growth as part of a pioneering and highly successful $800m Global Group.

The company has responded to major opportunities in the industry with significant investment in state of the art technology and the development of several patented new products, providing unique solutions to enhance the security of major global brands. As a result, the company wishes to appoint an accomplished and experienced commercial/business development professional, who through the management and motivation of a team across sales, product development, process development and customer services, will spearhead and drive an intensive sales development programme with both existing and new potential customers.

To maintain and build solid and profitable relationships with customers, prospects and key decision makers within the wines and spirits sector, your background in packaging must be combined with significant experience of European/Global business development and key account management, where you will have operated at the highest level. An accomplished and persuasive communicator, you will be commercially astute, strategically minded, passionate about results and analytical in your approach.

Ideally your experience will have been gained within a plastics/metal supplier to the distillery sector although exceptional candidates from other areas e.g. printed cartons, glass, labels will also be considered.
